Loftus-Cheek yes, though he falls into the category of someone who's often not been trusted to play as a central midfielder in his career so far and has often been shunted to the wing (see his time at Palace) or in an advanced midfield position rather than letting him develop as a genuine central midfielder - which he undoubtedly needs to improve defensively for. I wouldn't describe Winks as creative, i'd say he's generally very conservative on the ball and if he wants to progress to the next level needs to become more ambitious in his passing range.
Meet Arne Maier, kid just turned 20 and gave the sensational assist for the 1:0. There is no shame in admitting your association has difficulties in bringing up good midfielders. Germany hasn't produced a decent striker since Miro Klose.
He was decent enough when we played Charlton at home earlier in the season, I very much thought he'd get a Championship move in January but obvs that didn't materialise. I'd be very suprised if he's at Charlton next season.
Dowell and Davies don’t measure up well with your midfield and you dominated us. We have some promising players though; Garner, Gomes, Skipp, Jones, Smith Rowe, Mount, Maddison and Gibbs White spring to mind. How do they compare with their German counterparts?
I don't mind admitting in the past we didn't have good midfielders but we have plenty of technically gifted midfielders coming through now. I don't believe our young midfielders are far behind urs. Anyway I didn't mean any offence just riles me when people stereotype english players
Mount got MOTM today on his first game back. Won a penalty, set up one goal and scored this... 1112025216623042570 is not a valid tweet id

Hudson Odoi and Maddison have been in good form recently. Any injuries to senior players and they may find themselves in the Nations League squad.
He put in some good crosses and was decent on the ball, but he had hardly any defending to do all game.
Saw a lot of his games for vitesse and most if his goals and assists came because he took the corners and freekicks and is superb in that area. Wonder how many more he could have if derby put him on fk duty
I think BT or Sky usually show them. I’ve certainly been able to find decent streams over the last few years anyway so they should be available I think.
How's Angus Gunn been playing recently? I've only seen him on MOTD which is never an accurate way to judge a player.
Nice to see Max O'Leary getting a run of games. Pulled off some brilliant saves against Villa. Apart from Gunn and Henderson, i don't know any other 96/97s getting game time at a good level.
