Colchester played an u18s friendly against West Ham last week the same day as their league game vs Coventry. There wasn't one scholar in their line up for the Coventry game, was all (Club) U16s, U15s and the sub keeper you mention who is an U14.

Gone from joining city to joining Boro now to joining Leeds. Can’t be good for a lad who just wants to play football surely. Hope it works out for him long term.
How true the City thing is, we don't know. According to an interview they felt it was to far from home. He obviously joined Boro till the end of the season but nothing permanent. Kept his options open and Leeds was the one that felt right.
