As an attacking player, I can see Poch introducing only 1 of them this season. And we know who that will be.
England face the Netherlands at AFC Telford United on Thursday 31 August at 7pm. They then travel to face Switzerland four days later. England Under-20 squad to face the Netherlands & Switzerland: Isaac Buckley-Ricketts (Twente, on loan from Manchester City), Jay Dasilva (Charlton Athletic, on loan from Chelsea), Josh Dasilva (Arsenal), Keinan Davis (Aston Villa), Demeaco Duhaney (Manchester City), Adetayo Edun (Fulham), Marcus Edwards (Tottenham Hotspur), Sam Field (West Bromwich Albion), Andre Green (Aston Villa), Darnell Johnson (Leicester City), James Justin (Luton Town), Jacob Maddox (Chelsea), William Mannion (Hull City), Stephy Mavididi (Preston North End, on loan from Arsenal), Lukas Nmecha (Manchester City), Reece Oxford (Borussia Monchengladbach, on loan from West Ham United), Aaron Ramsdale (AFC Bournemouth), Easah Suliman (Aston Villa), Nathan Trott (West Ham United), Ronaldo Vieira (Leeds United), Chris Willock (Benfica)
Marcus Edwards scored a cracker against Man U u23s last night after 10 minutes. Looking lively so far. He cut inside from the right, found just enough space to whack it impressively with his trusted left-foot.
Looks like Lloyd Kelly has been called up to the Squad. Can't see his name on the original squad so guess he's replaced someone but not sure who. https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/kelly-earns-england-under-20s-call-up/
Must admit. Found this odd. Better than Nmecha & Mavididi clearly. Unless Nigeria have got their way.
Tottenham are looking into the possibility of sending Marcus Edwards out on loan today, according to @MailSport. #THFC pic.twitter.com/l94oNrTBJw— Daily Hotspur (@Daily_Hotspur) August 31, 2017
Hopefully somewhere abroad where his technique will get him into a side but his lack of physicality won't keep him out of it.
Kick off in 15mins, anyone seen any streams? I know it's live on that Radio channel but forgot its name.
Marcus Edwards going nowhere: No Marcus Edwards in Spurs' U23s side tonight. He's on England U20 duty and despite some rumours, he's unlikely to leave Tottenham on loan.— Alasdair Gold (@AlasdairGold) August 31, 2017 There should be highlights on youtube later, hopefully: 903248024733876224 is not a valid tweet id
It's strange, FA not even mentioned it on twitter or released a team sheet etc. One would think they can't afford to even send a reporter there.
Marcus Edwards turned down loan moves to the Championship and Holland today because he wants to fight for a first-team breakthrough at #thfc— David Hytner (@DaveHytner) August 31, 2017
Better view of Edwards' goal: Great goal, @marcusedwards__! 👏#younglions pic.twitter.com/MaGxcmIxmo— England (@England) September 1, 2017
