I think that's the case for any team that qualifies. It really is because UEFA goes 1 per month between May-July and May is during the season which is why no May and June is set for U21. in the end I personally only value U21, it's the closest one to senior NT without any club issues. Issue with U17 is that players are way too young and tons of them lose relevance as they get older. And U19 being during preseason doesn't help at all.
Don’t expect any highlights guys unless the Czechs release some. I really don’t understand our FA and this nonsense of not at least stream our games. I could understand if they could give us a valid reason but they don’t say anything! Quite arrogant behaviour imo considering other Countries stream their games to their fans when they can. They used to do a few at least but not sure what has happened over the last few years.
Good to see the @England senior team supporting the U19s in their #U19EURO elite round win against the Czech Republic today at @StGeorgesPark 🏴 pic.twitter.com/yWayBCAg1J— Paul Saffer (@UEFAcomPaulS) March 20, 2019
Doubt it but there is commentary from Live Sports FM. One of the presenters gave Angel Gomes man of the match.

As part of @GoalNews' NxGn series, an exclusive chat with @RhianBrewster9, who features on the list despite not playing since January of last year. #LFC think the world of him, and he'll be back in action very soon.https://t.co/0OhC0ZUiAL— Neil Jones (@neiljonesgoal) March 22, 2019
we have been shit in U19 for 5 years, last time we were good was in 2014. From 2015-2019, we either go out in GS or fail to qualify. Although this one is still open whether we qualify or not just out of our hands. all it took Norway was a tap in goal and non stop missed chances from us+parking bus to lose.
What do you think the problems are ? DFB youth structure was working after they failure at Euro 2000 ? Trying to create the perfect footballer in every position never really been the German way ? Place for defensive battlers too & number 9s who just know how to get the ball in the back of the net ? I mean tradition of Gerd Muller, Rudi Voller, Jurgen Klinsmann, Miroslav Klose ? Where are the German CFs ?
what is killing German football besides terrible coaching is that clubs play based on dfb desires (never understood that tbh). And what we've been doing (always been stupid) is to play based on a system and eliminate individuality from play, it's more about passing game and kids don't bother much for challenges/headers either. Not only that but for a long time individuality was seen as a bad thing, lol. and then when the game in more recent years became more speed based and need of individuality, oops.....U19 do have dribblers but like every level these days our players aren't finishing their chances. We got tons of chances in every level and dominate every game and we still can't put away all those chances, lol. No efficiency from anyone we also leave out good strikers and players at home too. now dfb are going to change that in training but that is more likely to be for the younger generations and likely to take what 4-5 years. Basically just in time for the home Euro 2024, but those players might be too young for that too. as for the cfs discussion if one is honest yeah we are lacking there if you look at this way, in terms of senior NT prospects. there is like 7 strikers from 91-96 that the coach could call but he's not calling anyone besides Werner, 1 is injury prone and another is out for the season for a long while now. we are developing some interesting 98-onwards strikers but those guys are years and years away. 2020 Euro out of the question and even 2022 WC might be too early. So those more interesting strikers could be likely for 2024-onwards.....
Losing 1-0 at half time. Out of our previous qualifying games during this campaign we've only lead at HT once (Moldova). Been all square in our other games at HT. First time we've been behind at this point in a game.
Only 3 changes from 3 days ago too so you imagine that needs to be taken into consideration. Need to start that 2nd half on the front-foot but not be sucker-punched at the same time.
Saka on at half-time. They had to bring him on because they can't lose this game because it won't be in our hands anymore.
How does it sound like they are playing? I can’t listen unfortunately. I just get that feeling that this game isn’t going to end well. Maybe this lot are just not as good as we believed? Especially without our star players.
