Finished 4-2 right? Feels like this is an age group to be quite excited about, feels like there’s a lot of quality and depth.
It's the best since the 2000 group for sure, and I'm very high on them, but I think they're a half-step below the 2000s. Lots of incredibly promising players.
Red card was Xavier Simons by the way. Came on at 73 got booked on 76 & then a second yellow 10 minutes later.
Kevin Betsy seems to make less substitutions than his predecessor Cooper. Only five in his first two games at Syrenka. In the same tournament last year Cooper never made less than seven changes in any of the three games. They are doing match reports btw.
Weirdly, Cooper didn't make enough subs or changes most of the time. But the Syrenka subs were a joke. No need to make so many because it just makes the 2nd halves pointless for everyone.
Just been far too slow & laboured since our 2nd goal. Other than their early involvements for the goals, Elliott & Barry have been hardly in the game. Musiala fantastic though.
I was going to mention that, particularly Elliott. We have barely played down the right side of the pitch. When we did we won a penalty.
Monlouis is more of a centre-back, isn't he? It does show, he's barely got forward compared to Norris on the left.
