To be fair that is a Bosnian station and were pretty biased. They seemed like they didn't want to spoil the occasion by showing the England goal and that they still lost.
Am I right in seeing Gomes playing for Utd today? I thought he was injured for England this past week.
Don't understand why Oakley Boothe was played that high on the pitch, strange decision, doesn't suit him at all. Precious at recycling possession from deep. Overall the performances were not great, but the state of the pitches did not help, almost unplayable
another 45 mins slowly building myself back, unlucky result today boys shown great spirit ❤️🙏🏽 #mufc— Santi Gomes (@agomes_47) April 1, 2017 He was injured. Only playing half a game now. Isn't really worth risking him if the player is not fully fit.
Yeah fair enough, seems pretty legit and to be honest he seems quite passionate about playing for England and captaining the team but you just never know about these injuries during International week then all of a sudden fit as a fiddle come the next game. Also maybe not worth the risk with the amount of talent in this age group it was never a risk getting through the elite round.
He was good for the first half of the first half today, then faded. Played three or four reverse balls inside the full-back to an overlapping run and made them look so easy.

Manageable group. If we top it then we'll get either Ireland, Serbia or Bosnia (would be shocking if Germany don't top Group C). A semifinal birth will get us to the U17 World Cup. I honestly think we ought to win the group given our talent. This has to be the weakest tournament in U17 history.
Ian Carlo Poveda still not starting for city even with sancho out of the squad. Strange. Glad he's came on to start the second half though [emoji1474]
Worse for the long-term injury to Chong at Man Utd, but they've also got Redan of Ajax and Buitink of Vitesse highly-rated in attack, plus Chelsea's Juan Castillo, who has arguably been our best U18 player of the past two months.
