Bellingham and Dembele are probably the most advanced players in the group, Bellingham's been up with Birmingham's 23s, and Louie Barry with West Brom's. I'm a big fan of Diallo from West Ham too, and obviously all the Chelsea boys (though I think Harvey Vale, not in this squad, has a chance to be something England haven't had in the younger age groups for a while, he's a remarkable scoring threat from long range). Kenneh's made an impact for Leeds U18s this season too so wanna see where he plays, defence or midfield.
Seen bits of Bellingham. Got skills and vision and can make opposition players look silly. Think he will be captain. When I think of him I think of one of the young players named in No Hunger in Paradise and here we are. Particularly excited now to see Diallo. Kai has told me he is the best West Ham academy talent in a long time and now Juni quite likes what he has seen too. Also interesting was Bellingham, Diallo, Musiala, Dembele played up with 02s u15s a couple of seasons ago which doesn't seem too happen too often. Think Man City broke the record fee to sign Finley Burns from Southend for a 12 year-old. Can't quite remember the specifics. Lets not forget they have promoted Harvey Elliott.
Being picky mate, I wouldn't call John a CF, never seen him play there before. I'd put him in the attackers.
That is fair enough mate. I did think about that one and felt out of the options he seems the most likely to cover the position so went with CF.
That’s more likely to be Illing than John, who’s played there quite a few times for Chelsea. Musiala can also do a job there on paper, not his best position mind

https://districtvaldemarne.fff.fr/w...-manager/2866b2a32d1be8701d0d63704a4b267b.pdf This says it's an 18-man squad, 16 of those from the last page, they have Mbetu-Tabu, but no Delap or Burns (which were only speculative anyway).
From his Insta last month when he played for them I'd edge towards that being true, but I think he was either born there or spent much of his formative years there, so that might not be a surprise. His absence doesn't mean a great deal re:Chelsea though, another squad could easily see Haigh, Vale, Young-Coombes, Humphreys, Simons or a handful of ther 2003s come (back) in.

4-2 FT, Diallo got one deeeeep into stoppage time. Chibueze, Mbete-Tabu, Hagan (Egan-Riley '63), Watt, Norris (Colwill HT), Kenneh (Musiala 64), Bellingham (Barry 63), Diallo, Dembele (John 63), Iling, Dobbin.
This 2003 year group lost to Japan 3-4 at the Under15 Torneo delle Nazioni in April. Not exactly the same squads (no Harvey Elliott for example) but still interesting to see how the rematch goes. Some random French bloke on Twitter who I presume was at the opening game described Colwill and Musiala as 'top joueur'.
