The Tulsa Athletics are way better than all these NPSL teams. They deserve to be in the NASL or USL. That game was a statement game. What was the score on Saturday against the OC Blues again???? Lol
Yes, you amazingly beat a team in their first game, of their first season, who is an amateur club that pulls from local talent in the Bryan/College Station area. You must be so proud. I can't wait for this game to be over so Mario can crawl back to the asshole of Oklahoma he calls home.
Wow, someone has their panties in a twist today. And you sure are wearing your name right by that comment. Its ok. You need me to get you something or is it that time of the month. Either way, fuk okc and dc united and I will keep on posting as much as I want. Have a nice day.
Not at all. I'm a firm believer in truth in advertising. *It's How very...simple of you. Not that expect much from a Tulsan, but Ruffnex has set a pretty high bar, so I at least expected a little better. Glad to see you said ******** that. Jealous? Yup, definitely jealous. As is your right here the good 'ol U S of A. You too princess.
Mariano from Eastie is my brother from another mother.... as is Mr. Warmth... http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Brother From Another Mother Can't wait til Wednesday.
Arizona FC gets late goals at: 84' 88' 95' to come back from a 2-0 deficit at the half to win at Portland U23.
And good stuff by Arizona. Most teams would have given up by then. Regardless of the excuses I read for the Portland side, very gutsy play from Arizona.
that was the second meeting of the 2 clubs can you tell me the score of the first meeting ( heres a hint the Energy won it ) and if your so confident that the A's would win in nasl why don't you pony up to the bar and pay for them to compete in it. wonder what you'll be cryin when this "expansion" team kicks your arse tonight
I wonder if Boston Mario will show back up? Also, I'd like to hear from Ruffnex regarding the game. Seems like it got a little heated on the field late in the game. Curious to hear about the officiating and the red cards.
Ref was strict last night for sure, wasn't what cost us the match though. I think these quotes from our manager really sum up the issues we had last night. “They were bigger and physically stronger,” Ryan said of the Energy. “When you play every day you have that well to draw on. Technically our guys were just as good with the ball and may be just a little more creative. “Both of their goals were just big guys in the box getting on the end of the ball.” I was overall happy with the performance in the first half, 2nd half around the 60th min mark you could tell we didn't have it in the tank, it would have took a mistake on the Energy's part for us to equalize. For the red cards, both were good calls. Fatigue and stupid decisions led to those. We should easily move on to win our conference and hopefully take what we learned last night into helping us in the playoffs were will play more physical teams like the Energy.
Good turnout from Tulsa; Not as many Tulsa Supporters as I've been led to believe, but they're very well organized (The Grid really needs a capo that people can follow - Yelling out random wisecracks is fun, but not as impressive in a bigger stadium). For all of the grief we gave them about the baseball park, I was impressed with how they've made it theirs - I hope that whatever team rises from the Battle of Tulsa gets that park as their home. But fix the PA system (Charlie Brown's teacher must have been up there) and the "center field" scoreboard, with the ads for the new XBox 360.
