Big problem with that statement. MLS is moving towards single ownership of teams. So Stan Kronkie is not the answer unless he sells off the Colorado Rapids. Also Unless your the Seattle Sounders, MLS wants teams to play in soccer specific stadiums. Also MLS Expansion is more around $40 mil to $50 mil. The $100 MIL is only for NY2.
This is what I'm hoping. This seems to be the only scenario that STL has a rich guy step up. Unless there is a group of rich guys piling resources out there.
