The problem on these boards comes from the fact that there usually is some truth in what people post, but when someone posts the words "most people" do this or that, and one person who doesn't, reads that line, they take affront and hilarity ensues. Ahh message boards. Really good at making money for the owner.
It does seem like they're doing all they can to keep him on the shelf. (obviously not on purpose, but still.) Living the life of a 3rd keeper... sitting waiting for an outbreak of the flu...
Right. He could, in theory, be on loan and playing anywhere. Scottish League is also on a mid season break. Entirely possible that he is there for cover and will go back on loan once they start up again.....
Have you seen anything to that effect? I haven't seen anyone suggesting that - though it would be nice if it were to happen. Hyndman was getting some good attention and responsibility on Hibs. But I didn't see anyone suggesting that Emo could be re-loaned.
Just idle speculation - Not been many links with him going elsewhere either. I was referring to him going back to Hibs. He can go back there on loan, even if he plays for Bournemouth.
Thx. While obviously B'mouth's /Howe's first concern has to be the team, Hyndman really stepped into a frustrating nether world. If rumors were true both Gers and Hibs would have kept him but he keeps getting called home to sit in the pantry.
Huh? Both Gers and Hibs reportedly wanted to keep him. Why would anyone, at B'mouth, Hyndman's peeps or in the Scots Champs (he'd cost a fortune for most teams unless B'mouth carried a lot of his pay) even consider that? The problem is not that SPL/English Champs is too high a level. The problem is Howe/B'mouth seem to want to keep EH in the garage, in case the two cars they're using run into trouble. He's got to sit and hope for suspension/injury - an unfortunate situation, but he obviously has not impressed Howe enough to get on the bench, despite the Cherries fairly poor run of form.
Its almost, as if, youth players at the wealthier clubs in England are realizing attempting to break into professional football in England is a fools errand and are fleeing to the continent to further their career, even if they are sacrificing wages, too bad Emo wasn’t perceptive enough to see what he was heading into.
Hibernian were very clear that they wanted to keep him until June. He came back because Bournemouth's injury problems created depth issues.
It would be weird for him to be recalled and then loaned out again to the SPL. The league is on break but the clubs are all still training. I mean usually players aren't jerked around like that (agents would rail against it).
