And the ball fell literally in front of his feet.

Tite should try this 11 more. Coutinho gives us more creativity from midfield.

    How Neymar didn't score

GJ has got to be the unluckiest player ever. He gets so many knocks.

In that position Neymar needs to get a shot off. Poor game from him.

Neymar has not been sharp at all this game. Holding the ball far too long at times.

It has to be said, GJ works hard as hell and isn't afraid of the physical game.

You can see the difference when he is up top over firmino. Hold up and link up play is excellent. Makes the right passes and has great chemistry with Neymar. Only thing I would like to see a little more of is his dribbling ability.

Interesting to see the TSilva-Miranda switch early on. Was Miranda injured?

I liked seeing Coutinho come in for RA instead of a Willian.

Brazil played the game in 2nd gear, particularly in the first half. Ecuador was so poor today. It seemed like Brazil won even without trying to do so. Are they going to win the remaining games or are they going to screw the Argies? Send out an experimental set up in the rest of the games.

The switch only happened because Ecuador posed zero threat offensively.

Marcelo suspended for the next game.

Miranda released because he suffered a concussion.

Just stopping by to register how please I am with the team.

For all the talk of how boring or stuck the first half was, looking back on highlights shows a lot of effort and some real chances.

Oh and, thanks for the shoutout :p

I remember I went to Brazil x Mexico in Boston with Colorado Gaucho. 2007 I think it was? He was a lot nicer in person xD
