You might want to check out Takoba in east Austin (7th, right across from the Texas Cemetery). I occasionally go there for matches (mostly La Liga, occasionally for USMNT) and there's a good sized (over a dozen) Mexico fans that go there. Might be a good place to start, and Takoba's Tavern has been a good home for soccer fans for a couple of years. Victoria on tap makes it very nice as well.
