I would love to see this as our starting lineup for most matches.

    Zeng Cheng/Yang Zhi
Zhang Linpeng - Du Wei - Feng Xiaoting/Li Weifeng - Sun Xiang
    Zhao Xuri - Huang Bowen
Deng Zhuoxiang - Hao Junmin - Yu Hai
    Yang Xu/Zhang Chengdong

Any reason why Shao Jiayi hasn't been called up in a while?

Yes, but it's my dream lineup for the current crop of Chinese players.

shao jiayi is over 32 year old.
there is no space for shao in the midfield now as there are zheng zhi and other younger players.

if we use shao now, it would kind of waste space as we need to nurture new and young midfielders for asian cup 2015 and world cup 2018.

ah you are really new here zhou jiabao, there is an unwritten rule that Du Wei and Li Weifeng can never play together, they hate each other.
camacho used them together before, and world cup 2014 went down the toilet lol.

du wei and li weifeng are old too. priority are given to zhao peng the trash...and yu yang (who seems to be pretty awful at times).

Yeah, sorry. I only got into the Chinese national team about a year ago and I've never really had conversations with other Chinese national team supporters until a few months ago.

Would have liked to see Deng in this game, he could have held the ball and had some genuine skill. As for Liu Jian playing in that position, I don't know what he brings to the table.

Haha, same feeling. This is cruel. I've always wanted them to be a decent team on the international stage. But 4-0 with about 40 more minutes to go.

To be honest, I never liked Jose Camacho. I was always against his hiring. Loved Gao Hongbo and what he brought to the team.

And there is no. 5. We're so screwed. This is going to turn out to be around 8-0 by the final whistle.
