Where did you get that ranking? Anyway, that's about right, I always thought that the Ekstraklasa and the MLS are at about the same level top to bottom, essentially with most games unwatchable, and an occasional good game here and there. Nevertheless, I do disagree with some of the other leagues (Portuguese and Russian too high, for example).
