What game are you watching?? Adu hasn't been great but he has been effective and playing smart...there isn't much happening on the left in attack...also, everytime Adu gets the ball he gets double-teamed...

 

Who has ever cared about a "perfect strike", he scored, again.

 

I'm using a Mac so that's probably the problem....downloaded firefox and still not working...

 

Those of you having trouble playing the stream on Firefox, make sure you have wmvdmod.dll in your comp.

 

With freddy it needs to be perfect, otherwise its a bad play.

With every other player on the planet..if its an ok touch- its Perfect!.

Regarding double teams, I suppose it's a sign of respect that opponents feel the need to double team Landon and Freddy. Guess those Americans can play a little.

(As I type, Freddy lets a pass go by him, but the overlapping player can't reach it. Out of play. Then, later, Calvo w/ some nice dribbling - that guys got skills. And Freddy wins a header.)

 

the goal: Long cross from the left side, Freddy runs from left to center to meet it, it goes across his body and he sends it just inside the left post with his left foot. High degree of difficulty, want to see a replay from another angle.

 

if you're trying the tvchannelsfree link, you have to hit the play button after it loads or is "stopped" .... may seem obvious to some but most streams don't work that way, just want to make sure that's not the problem

 

How do you install a .dll on a mac, hahah , I'm such a freaking newb with macs, I'm going to try my ancient PC. lol

I was watching the game where "Adu hasn't been great" at that point -- just like you wrote, and which is EXACTLY the same description I used. It's not a big deal, dude. He scored a sweet goal, and he's picked it up a bit now anyway. But yes, there was some sloppiness, including two passes slipping under his feet out of bounds and a dangerous giveaway in the defensive half.

I'm sure the rest of his game will be fine. He and Aris are obviously in the driver's seat.

 

I just found out that there is a stream on bebinio.com, not the best quality but surely better than nothing.

Are you guys clicking the play button on the alpha link? It won't start unless you press the play button. It doesn't start automatically like most streams.

FK vs Freddy, IMO the ref seemed surprised that the player turned right towards Adu, should not have been a FK

 

Hope we still see Eddie despite the lead. Freddy playing some d, won the ball in a scrap, and later fouled a Xanthi player.

Fair enough. It just seems like you were trying to say the only positive of his game was the goal and I don't see it that way. I've seen a defensive minded Adu and one trying to make smart passes, and yes there was a little slopiness as well.
