Was mostly impressed with his service into the box in the first half and his work in our end. All in all, this is all you can ask for. The kids played, and played really well, we scored a boat load and won.
That was a bit of a soft goal to concede. But Barkley tries those runs periodically against defenders in the premier league, and they go quite differently. You can tell why he tries though!
That's why I say, you can't tell too much from this game. But a players determination to effect the game is an important issue for managers and I can see why he's continued to persevere with the guy recently. But I also note that he didn't play him in the last game... that tells me isn't too sure himself and wants options.
Puli was OK. I thought all three of them looked a bit tentative and nervous at the start with only flashes of Inspiration but got better as the game went on. I certainly don't think Puli or the others should be given shit for their performances tonight... far from it, tbh. I mean, I know we were up against Grimsby but yanited were up against Rochdale and struggled as did sperz last night. Y'know, we won 7-1... wtf do people want?!
I don’t believe so cause the Disney app isn’t ready but I think you can pre order the bundle. It’s also 12.99 apparently. Good deal.
They want whatever the result isn't. People getting after youth on Twitter. We won 7-1, chill. Had we lost they would have been blamed. This was a really good showing by the youngest side I've seen us play.
No sight nor sound for ages and one grimsby fixture and he's back in and looking for streams. Fekkin glory hunters.
Twitter seems quite unhappy with Pulisic’s performance. Interesting. I thought he was generally fine.
We sent out a side of mostly kids, (21 y/o or younger), against another professional side and won 7-1. Pretty much ALL of the guys had at least reasonable games, including him. You only have to look at sperz, wet spam... even yanited who were taken to penalties tonight... to see the sort of banana skins these games can be. Their fellas ran around like blue-arsed flies until they ran out of legs as the 2nd half went on. They made it hard for us as they were trying to do. I mean, wtf are people expecting...
Uh no he wasn't. There was a reason why poss died when the ball got to him. He played like Carmelo Anthony plays basketball he slowed ball movement and missed runners like 10 times he hurt cho too. You'll notice and of the good passing sequences didnt include him and smy quick counter missed him too when the ball got to him everything slowed.
Don't be daft! He was involved every time we went forward, we scored 7 and for want of better finishing could have scored 10! I reckon he probably had more touches than anybody else on the field, you either don't know anything about football or are trolling.
I said it the day we brought Pulisic in here - he's not really a goalscorer. He creates and causes so many problems for the other team with passing, running, cleverness, etc. I guess kinda like Willian. If he adds goals to his game (I hope he does), it will be pretty nice. He does score for the US, but he plays a different role there. The US team are currently quite shit.
1. Oh man. This kid wants to ball. 2. Should've been 10-15 goals. Great job by their keeper to keep it to 7.
Billy had more touches I believe. Billy was also the best player on the pitch yesterday. Barkley wasn't bad, but he wasn't particularly good either.
I rewatched a chunk of the game and yes he does want the ball. He's 18 flipping years old and he plays like he's 30! Really cool to see how he was asking for it regularly when in space.
U don't have to believe me check out the player ratings. You'll be shocked at Barkley's. Having touches doesn't mean you played well he did a lot of standing there with the ball watching.
