Bump. And it's great that ESPN3 will be showing every match. They only get a tepid Swansea-Man Utd in the UK while I'll be more interested in Man City (reserves) vs Championship leading Wolves.

Birmingham City on again? That team stinks It does seem like they are trying to televise as many of the local derby games as possible, which is good

Today at 2:45 P.M., Manchester City vs. Bristol City will be on ESPN Deportes. Tomorrow at 3:00 P.M., Chelsea vs. Arsenal will be on ESPN2 according to http://soccertvblog.com/england-tv/ and https://areyouwatchingthis.com/tv/stations/espn2 but ESPN's website only has the game on ESPN Deportes.
Zap2It also shows Wednesday match on ESPN2 https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/overv...Id=SH01560888&tmsId=EP015608880168&aid=gapzap
ESPN has the Chelsea-Arsenal Carabao SF LG #1 match listed to be shown Wednesday on ESPN2 here - http://espnmediazone.com/us/weekly-updates/espn-thisweek-january-9-2018/ Also listed are this weeks EFL matches that will be on ESPN3 this weekend.
EFL Games on ESPN+ now so games based on contract should still be on ifollow. ESPN+ is not terrestrial TV. They will still block it but not cool to have to pay twice.
I don't want to disagree, but the premise of iFollow or club subscriptions is matches not otherwise available in non-UK/Ire countries. And The Football League isn't on terrestrial TV anywhere, let alone the US. You'd be paying twice if matches were on regular ESPN too, since that's about $5 in a cable bill per month. Who do you support? If it's someone big like Villa or Leeds, you might want to get ESPN+ and then buy the iFollow matches as one offs because the big clubs will be on in the States a lot. Just a thought, if cost effective.
Support the biggest club in the league! The one who has two European cups fella! The ifollow annual subs should be prorata reduced by number of games they don’t show on that digital format vs the ones they allow on the other digital format.
I would imagine that if you asked Forest or the League about the annual sub cost they would tell you that the price does reflect the fact that all matches are not shown in the service. Re: my last thought on just paying for individual matches vs the season. You'd need a lot of Forest on ESPN+ to justify that at $7 a pop vs $140 up front. Over half of their matches on ESPN+, which won't be happening. Even when it's the biggest club in the league Agree that $140 is a lot up front. I'll pass on that for QPR this season and will just pay on the day when I know I can watch.
I’ll begrudgingly pay the 140 but won’t pay the 50 for ESPN+. If I so happened to be on a VPN service and ifollow works then so be it. If I happened to click a link by mistake on a dodgy website and it shows the game then so be it. If they don’t make it easy then fans will do these things. Enjoy your time with the Wally with the Brolly!
From Friday through Tuesday, here's the first weekend of fixtures on ESPN+ http://www.espn.com/watch/schedule/ Reading vs. Derby County Ipswich Town vs. Blackburn Rovers Sheffield United vs. Swansea City Sunderland vs. Charlton Athletic Leeds United vs. Stoke City Hull City vs. Aston Villa Nottingham Forest vs. West Bromwich Albion
Is it an anomaly that ESPN+ is showing so many Championship games with it being the opening weekend w/no competition from the Premier League in the UK? Or will it air close to that many every weekend? I was thinking only 2-3 matches were produced for TV each week. Also, I clicked on that scheduling link QPR Kevin helpfully provided and saw a whole slew of USL matches. Do they all have commentary? We are getting a USL club in Memphis next year and I actually want to watch some to become familiar with the league before I get my season ticket.
There are a few factors. First of all, the Sunderland match is from League One, which is getting a special time slot with no EPL competition. Second, Forest-West Brom is from a pair of Matchday 4 games brought forward to Tuesday of this week. Only the Hull-Villa match on Monday night is an additional Championship match due to no EPL competition. The other 4 matches on a weekend aren't unusual, most weeks it's usually 3 or 4.
If anyone's interested in highlights from all three divisions, they've moved from Channel 5 in the UK to a new Discovery run channel called Quest. Good news is that it's a freeview channel so they'll let you stream and watch on demand. Just need to run a VPN. Similar to the previous Ch 5 shows but they put all divisions together in an hour and fifteen minute episode. https://www.questod.co.uk/show/efl-on-quest Highlights for non-televised matches are not available in the US via ESPN.
