I think he recently played and scored for lower-division SV Mehring: Christoph Rönz besorgte vor 100 Zuschauern das 1:0 für den Ligaprimus. Daniel Aretz schoss die Kugel zum 2:0 für die Mannschaft von Trainer Michael Wall über die Linie (23.). Das letzte Tor der turbulenten Startphase markierte Ediomo Donald Mbosowo in der 26. Minute. https://www.t-online.de/region/main...-von-mbosowo-bleibt-nur-ein-ehrentreffer.html Looks like an '01 from Oklahoma: http://tournaments.usyouthsoccer.or...eague/Team/56280/OklahomaEnergyFCCentral01OK/ He has expressed an interest in playing for Nigeria: https://punchng.com/us-based-mbosowo-targets-nigeria-switch/
Adding: This link places him in the States as of this summer, so I guess this would be a fall 2019 move. https://www.pressreader.com/usa/tulsa-world/20190518/282029033686696
he scored 2 goals in 6 games in 6th division. now moving to Alemannia Aachen U19. If he ever makes 1st team that's 4th division. https://www.fupa.net/berichte/alema...ld-mbosowo-schliesst-sich-der-al-2611596.html

Understanding that this path is not for everyone, it's still worth noting. Whatever happens to this guy over the longer term, a non-DA player jumped from a more or less anonymous (by U.S. standards, anyway) sixth-division team to the academy of a pro club with a decent history, including some semi-recent time in the Bundesliga, after just half a season. Stuff like that can happen when you're in the right place at the right time (and you're the right person).
FWIW, here's a report from January that also had him on trial at Kickers Offenbach. https://www.op-online.de/sport/kick...-kessler-nicht-mehr-u19-trainer-13430798.html
