Silva and Dzekson working well together. Still remember the United game. Dirty ball from Silva to Dzek Dzek
Yup, cuz some of the goal scoring pressure is off him. He's said so himself. And sorry to hear that NerJag!
Dzeko off. No other reason then to give the other guys playing time as well. As a Dzeko fan I am satisfied by today's game!
10/10 Dude is going to be quality for City. You can throw money at Cavanis and Bales, but heart and Dzeko go one in one.
Imagine if he goes to Tottenham and Bale stays!! Would shit in my pants Nvm haha 17.37 BST: Tottenham look to be close to tying up the signing of Valencia striker Roberto Soldado
Oh my gawd, I just woke up to see Jekyll score two goals in a mad game. Feels nice. No doubt Edin is repaying Pellegrini's faith in him and showing off his quality so far in pre-season. I'm sure he'll start the season as the starter and it'll be up to him to stay there then. This 4-3-3 is only an experiment as well so I doubt that this is the primary formation they'll play since they have four strikers and four wingers at the club, doubt they would bench so many at the same time throughout the season. But his chemistry with Jovetic, Navas, Milner, and Nasri is superb. As long as Silva and Aguero's selfishness doesn't get in his way of succeeding this season, I can see him having a 25+ goal season this year.
he anit going to no cl shit play. Dzeko is a CL striker with left and right feet that would shit on most st's. tottenham would be even lucky to have someone like dzeko in their squad. you should see these forums alll going DZEKO WHAT I DIDNT KNOW THIS yea motherfnkcer. its dzeko, the guy you put as 4th striker fncker.
I don't see him leaving City mang. He's surrounded by players he knows for years, his Balkan buddies, he's started the pre-season in such good form; he's getting play time.... Dzeko is probably really happy right now. of course that can change by the next transfer window. But I hope it doesn't (his happiness and good form I mean). Negredo hasn't scored yet for City and you can tell he's trying hard to prove himself, especialy after his main competition (Dzeko) has looked so good.
Dzeko is going to bag 20 min next season. You heard it here first. He will be instrumental in the City campaign in Europe. He is a leader.
I'm not very familiar with the current Milan, is this their stronger line up? Or is it mostly their b team? Because they've had some of their best players on.
Looks like my faith in Pellegrini is being paid off. I wonder what the hell happened to Aguero, I saw a thread on Bluemoon he was training in Hong Kong by himself when they were out there. Falling out maybe? A hush hush falling out? For Pellegrini to say Edin is the main striker at City is huge. This means that Aguero needs to fit the mold of Tevez yester-year. Playing deep, behind the striker.
Yeah if he gets his playing time 20 goals would be easy with this midfield. Yaya looks more unselfish. Navas is truly what they needed. Silva looks great. Milners been solid this pre season. Same goes for Nasri. The only player Im not impressed with so far is Fernandinho. He was rather expensive and hasnt proved that he was worth it so far. Kolarov needs to work on his crosses a tad bit more. Theyve been sloppy lately
