Scifo when in the zone was something special in his time, and great to watch, but Hazard is just edging it at league level. Hazard was for a long time underperforming for the national team (with KDB doing better) but this tournament he's as good as anyone despite not scoring in the KO stages so far, and having only one assist. He is in the form and shape of his life. Scifo has done better at continental level with his clubs, arguably, which established his international name as a youngster at the time, but Hazard has still years left to step up in the Champions League.
