46th EAFF Executive Committee Meeting The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 46h Executive Committee Meeting on the following schedule. Date : 19 September, 2015 Place : People’s Cultural Palace (Pyongyang, DPR Korea) Time : 10:30-12:00 The matters decided or approved are as follows; (1) EAFF Executive Committee and Standing Committee Reports were reported. (2) EAFF East Asian Cup and EAFF Women’s East Asian Cup’s reports were reported. (3) It was confirmed that EAFF U13 Youth Tournament would be held from 7-11 November in Guam. (4) Replacement of Executive Committee member from Mongolian Football was approved. Mr. Ganbold Buyannemekh → Mr. GANBAATAR Amgalanbaatar (5) Mr. Lin Xiaohua from China FA and Mr. Chio Kam Vai from Macau FA were recommended to become the Honorary Member of the EAFF. The Executive Committee unanimously agreed to welcome the two members as the Honorary Member of the EAFF. Date: 31 March, 2016 Place: International Convention Center Pamir, Grand Price Hotel New Takanawa (Tokyo, Japan) Time: 11:00-12:30 The matters decided and approved in the meeting are as follows; 1. The Minutes from the 7th Ordinary Congress held on 31 March, 2014 in Beijing, China was approved. 2. Activity report for the term 2014-2016 was presented. 3. The Balance Sheet, receipts and expenditure account for the term 2014-2015 was confirmed. 4. The Executive Committee Members for the term 2016-2018 was unanimously agreed without an election. Date: 31 March, 2016 Place: International Convention Center Pamir, Grand Price Hotel New Takanawa (Tokyo, Japan) Time: 9:00-10:30 The matters decided and approved in the meeting are as follows; (1) The Minutes of the 47th EAFF Executive Committee Meeting held on 19 December, 2015 in Yokohama was approved. (2) The recommendation proposed from the 12th EAFF Competition Committee Meeting held on 18 February, 2016 in Beijing China was reported. (3) The Venue for the EAFF East Asian Championship Preliminary Round 1 was unanimously decided to be hosted in Guam. The exact date of the tournament was agreed to be decided upon discussion with the host association. (4) The Venue for the EAFF East Asian Championship Preliminary Round 2 was unanimously decided to be hosted in Chinese Taipei from the 5th to 18 November, 2016. Date: 31 March, 2016 Place: International Convention Center Pamir, Grand Price Hotel New Takanawa (Tokyo, Japan) Time: 13:30-15:00 The matters decided and approved in the meeting are as follows; (1) The result from the 8th EAFF Ordinary Congress was confirmed. (2) Northern Mariana Island made a presentation on the history and status on their quest to become an official member of FIFA and the AFC. The Executive Committee agreed to give continuous support to the Northern Mariana Islands towards attainment of the official membership of FIFA and the AFC. (2) Report on Live Streaming of the EAFF E-1 Football Championship 2017 Round 1 Guam by Dentsu. (3) Report from the inspection for the EAFF E-1 Football Championship 2017 Round 2 Chinese Taipei. (4) Report on the FIFA Forward Development Programme.
