Yes but only after 18 hours of coverage and tweets by national and local sports media implying that she may have been abducted only for it to turn out not to be the case - apparently now claiming some effects of medication causing her to go AWOL. Me thinks there is more to the story
Former Brit here. "Sawker" is how a Brit mimicking a Yank would pronounce the word using an American accent. This of course belies the fact that most Brits are excellent mimics of American accents. "Saarcka" would probably be more appropriate for a mimic.
