I didn't do any of that and I don't even know if East Fife voted to demote Livi, or even if all the clubs voted on the punishment at all. I see Livi as a bit of a plastic club with annoying fans but that's about it. What would I possibly have to be bitter about? I don't particularly care if clubs spend a lot of money or overspend, or gamble on success. We've done it in the past and it paid off. It's a gamble that could always come back and bite you on the arse, as it did with Livi. Although this time it seems to be working better, but with a pretty serious debt and uncertainty about the stadium, we'll just have to wait and see.

The hosts went into the game already safe after last weekend's draw with Livingston. They made the better start with Mark Gilhany and Andrew Geggan both going close. But Forfar slowly started to come back into the game and Mark Campbell's shot was kept out by home keeper Stephen Grindley with an effort. Forfar's Barry Sellars then tried a speculative effort from 35 yards but saw it well saved by Grindley. The best chance of the first half fell to Jon McShane as his 18-yard volley was tipped over by Neil Duffy. The second half saw Dumbarton push for a winner but Neil Duffy was in fine form in the Forfar goal, denying out Patrick Walker and Mark Gilhane"
