The worst thing is that the main take seems to be that Marvel can now make Fantastic Four and X-Men movies. That's hardly worth having Disney further expand their monopoly.
It's a lot of properties of all sorts including physical and IP. The stations aren't limited to FXs. The regional FOX Sports stations are nearly worth it all. Of course things like Hulu share and the diminishing number of studios are worth noting too.
Also the rights to the first Star Wars movie, Avatar, stock in Hulu, and a platform for non family friendly content.
