I have been wondering for those who follow the Haitian league, what have been the influence of Digicel sponsoring the league. Have the league improved since their involvement? What has changed for the best and what has changed for the worst?
Is it correct that Liancourt has 3 chilean players ? Are these guys any good ? Are there more foreigners in the Ligue Digicel ?

There's an ongoing fight between the Haitian Federation and various clubs (among them, 5 are from the current top division) regarding the way the FHF decided to setup the new league format and which team they decided to include in the new top division. Those 5 protesting 1st division clubs are: AS Capoise (Cap Haitien), FICA (Cap Haitien), Racing Club Haitien (P-au-P), Valencia FC (Leogane), Victory SC(Jacmel). So any games involving them will not be played, as of now.
