That's what Wikipedia, FIFA, and Flash Score say. FIFA says it would give Montserrat 66 ranking points (they had 0). Bahamas currently are 180th (29th of 35 in CONCACAF) with 66 points. Edit: Wikipedia says Montserrat played their first game in 1991 but have only played 21 games which is about 1 a year. In their 20 games before this win, they had scored 13, allowed 97, and lost to everybody except Anguilla. Edit Again: Wikipedia has a mistake because they says Montserrat has 2 wins against Anguilla but only 1 goal scored.
Montserrat did score three goals on Belize in World Cup qualifying last year, so I'm not surprised that they pulled out one good result against a team on their level (...or beneath them, I guess).
