Correct. For one second if flips my mind, but yes they are. So now it changes the whole story. It'll be difficult like the other clubs that participate.
hey guys, I have a question... I'm going to Colombia next month for a fortnight, arriving on Aug 12th and am looking to catch a footy match while I'm there... I've noticed that Independiente Medellin are playing Patriotas on Aug 13th at 2pm, well according to ESPN FC: http://www.espnfc.us/futbol-profesional-colombiano/1543/scores?date=20160813 I just wanted to confirm that this game is scheduled to take place and in Medellin on this date (yes, ESPN FC has been wrong about these things before) + if anyone has any information on how to get tickets, and where to the best places to sit for stadium atmosphere would be much appreciated. Also, how big of a game would this be considered? I really don't know much about Colombian club football; however, am really excited about possibly attending a match of your club... Thanks, Glenn
DIM plays tonight U. Catolica of Ecuador at home. Hope we get all 4 Colombian teams in next round Why the hell are there Brazilian and Argie teams already in the 2nd round? Also I don't like how its Colombia v Venezuela/Peru/Ecuador. Kind of not fair to them. Chile v Paraguay/Uruguay/Bolivia seems like a why harder way to 2nd round. Should be just random but prob because of flight times
Is the game still on for Saturday night against Patriotas and what time? I'm going to Medellin tomorrow and will try and attend Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
here's some highlights I got from the Independiente Medellin vs Patriotas game last weekend.. was a pretty cool experience...
Maybe they heard I was gonna be there.... seriously though, yeah was kinda surprised too... the crowd certainly made it good...
Yeah something like that , since two years ago ...that have been the secret to fill the stadium For playoffs new tickets
I have season tickets to 6 flags(like Disney land with Batman and Bugs bunny) and it's 50 bucks a year per person little kids are cheaper. But then you have to pay for parking $20 each time. Then they Fk you with food. Taking my wife, 2 nieces and my nephew and it's at least $100 in food. Watch is like 6 bucks and it's hot as fk outside. They make their money back same with sports clubs. I can go to a women's pro soccer game for $5 bucks but take my nieces and it's shoots up to like $50 because of food. Just shocked it would be that cheap for a big team. When I saw Nacional in Medillen and Junior in Barranquilla tickets were kind of expensive. remember wanting men's NT tickets and the prices were in the hundreds. Last home game my parents were in Barranquilla and I was going to fly up to watch the game and my dad told me the tickets were 400 each. Was like fk that!
Medellín has really good season ticket prices but they don't cover most high-profile games (not against nacional or other big team). Nacional Season tickets are more expensive.. at around 150 USD for the semester (still way cheaper than any season ticket in the US, including MLS). They also don't have playoffs included, but for this semester it included the Game against Sao Pablo, and wednesday game against municipal. Nacional has for this semester around 30.000 season tickets sold
wow that's interesting... when I got to the stadium, I couldn't find a box office selling tickets for the game anywhere... even the cops or staff didn't seem to know and I got absolutely swamped by ticket touts, especially when they realized I was gringo lol. Finally, I wound up buying from one of them who simply followed me everywhere I went and just wouldn't bugger off. I think I bargained him down to around $14.... anyway, it's only small change really, but I guess I was paying around 10x the price...
No comment about DIM signed Juanfer Quintero on loan? He'll have another shot to save his career from being like Juan Pablo Pino, I hope he won't blow it. Even though I hate DIM, I want Juanfer to succeed for Colombia. he is really talented and I hope that our dream in the past, to watch him and James play together will come true. Now it's his best chance to impress Pekerman when he'll play under Leonel, maybe the toughest Colombian coach who has zero tolerance for discipline problems. I wish Juanfer all the best and that he'll revive his career, just not on our expense
In Quinteros thread . Actually this movement is More important for Quintero , than for The club .,. I doubt he Will be starter.
I agree from the side of the team. They really don't need him when they have Mao and Marrugo. From Quintero's side, this is a great opportunity to revive his career in a place where everyone knows his abilities and he may get more chances then he would receive in other places. Like I said, I hope it'll only so Juanfer will return to the NT. He's so god damn talented to give up on him. Sent from my D2303 using Tapatalk
