    over the year of 2010, china has some substantial improvement under gao hongbo's hands.

    some of the famous results include:

    Did Yu Tao play as DM? Interesting to see him get his NT chances so late in his career.

    the Yu Tao situation is sort of like Tao Wei, both saw sporadic playing time for the NT in their youth, and then when they are 28 or 29 get a real chance to join the NT. I don't expect Yu will get a lot of playing time in Qatar, I think its more about having a veteran on the bench.

    it's ok man
    the match did not show at all because of broadcasting problem.
    cctv5 didn't show it at all at 3:30am (my time) and i fell asleep at 4:00am :mad:

    China 1-0 Macedonia FT.

    Deng Zhuoxiang score a penalty at the dying minute.

    WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP)—New Zealand will play football friendlies against Japan and China in March, starting its buildup towards qualifying for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

    Coach Ricky Herbert said Friday that New Zealand will play China in the southern city of Nanning on March 25 and Japan, probably in Tokyo, on March 29.

    FIFA did not accept the friendly against Iraq as a official "A" match. Both teams were using too many subs.

    i would love columbia to play against china
    i remember watching columbia playing away against ireland in an friendly and it was actually one of the most exciting games i seen
    the columbian pace and creativity would definitely bring good challenge for china to improve.

    and yesss the chinese media confirmed it too. :cool:

    possible friendly against world cup 2010 champion spain in june 2011.
    both parties are haggling over the price now.

    quite possibly the NT's first game at the National Stadium?!? Hope they can at least have a pitch that resembles grass this year...

    gao hongbo has been banned for one match because of his verbal conduct during china v. uzbekistan.
    in effect for the next world cup qualifying match.
