    Arriola vs WWWWWondolowski....

One team has a striker? Can you guess which team that is?

Ugh ... I was hoping this thread wouldn't happen so I can pretend that this game isn't happening.

I'll say this once again ... shame on this team for disgracing this legendary stadium with such a terrible home record. No pride and no desire to defend your home field. A shocking lack of respect to the club and history. I predict another lackluster performance with a boring low scoring game that most likely ends in a tie.

Goff's expected lineup includes Sarvas and Franklin - again, along with Deshorn Brown. I agree that neither Harkes nor Odoi-Atsem looked very good last match, but at this stage I think we ought to give a run to those younger players who may have a future going forward. So why not Harkes again, or start Sam at wing and move Stieber inside with Acosta? At right back, maybe Korb or even Robinson? And hasn't Brown shown Ben he's not the answer? Either Miranda or Mullins, please.

I have two upside down 9month old sister kittens. They are way cuter than the supporters shield or MLS Cup put together.

    metros have no kittehs!

Looking back, a scoreless loss to San Jose is United's oldest tradition unless the Red Shorts count too

That free kick by Stieber was an absolute work of art, destined to go in heh heh.

Mullin's kick was pretty dam good..I mean geez...

Like I said before it seems like Mullins always took awhile to get rolling, but once he does it comes in buckets.

What service tonight, particularly in the 2nd half.

Great crowd tonight what can I say, topping this off for the finalast in October is going to be one hell of a challenge!

Mullins is now, after not scoring all season, our second leading scorer. I'll take it!

That was cleansing to watch. I'm encouraged by the growing interplay in the midfield, and even with NDL getting into the act. I'm a little worried about our who our "second scorer" will be still (assuming a new striker TBA), but it's just really nice to see good soccer played by the boys in black.
