Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think we showed those Canadian a-holes what real support is. Two damaged sticks and a hundred smoke bombs later, we definitely showed them what's up.
That was me, I think. I was playing the drum without the head for a bit when I noticed it was gone. I don't think it has affected the sound adversely, but time will tell, I suppose.
I wasn't impressed with our support in the 1st half. I was proud that in the 2nd half when DC was still down the Norteños were at their loudest.
Well we didn't have the drum going too well for a lot of the first half. And then when the song sheets got there we got a little more organized. It's amazing how many times you can sing all of the songs but when you're trying to think of something to sing the only thing that you can come up with is Vamos United.
If we were in Chicago we wouldn't need song sheets. Actually we would need a song sheet but it would only have one word on it.
I have some scrap pvc pipe I can do one of two things 1. put flags on them 2. bring them to games as spares 3. combination of both
Yeah, those TFC fans definitely pissed me off too...of course I have beef with Toronto anyway because I'm a Montreal Canadiens fan, but the spirit remains the same...it's funny: the minute we started doing hockey chants ("67" and "Go Habs Go!", they shut right up)....
Ah OK, just wondering... The music store has been closed this whole week... I hope they are open today.
Please check, and buy two pairs. I'll refund ya... I guess the owner took the week off.... lazy bastard.
