Mattocks is just more effective in this system. Mullins is reduced to playing the half of the role his skill-set's appropriate for. Still, in over 200 minutes, he has one shot on goal. By next year we might be able to re-bill Mullins as the guy who couldn't get on the field because of Wayne Rooney and David Villa. He's got to be wondering what he did in a previous life to deserve that.
