DCU App thread of electronic everything

I’ve never had problems like this selling my Caps tickets. Granted, I don’t use an app but go through the web.

well, if I had to pick one word to describe ticketbastard ....

 

Now the app won't update. It still shows me having a ticket for a match I traded in. Piece of crap!!!

 

Try logging out and back in. I had some refresh related issues which were dealt with by logging out/in.

 

Wow, that's seriously ********ed up.

 

Anyone aware of a way to check FAM balance in our account? The DCU website references a "profile section" of the app that doesn't seem to exist as far as I can tell.

Pretty sure I turned in my Olympia tickets, but there didn't seem to be any credit when I went to buy upgrades for Sunday's match..

 

if I remember correctly - The Olimpia game was the one game we couldn't get FAM credit for

 

It's poorly/incorrectly worded. If you get to the "Buy Upgrades" menu where you can scroll through the games at the top, clicking the fan hub/home at the top right will bring you to a "profile" of sorts and show you FAM balance.

I FAM'ed my 2 Olimpia tickets and it's showing me a $40 credit right now.
