Where: DC When: Sunday 9/22/19 - 8:00PM ET/5:00 Real time Why: Because. Just Because. Someone had to start this.
I guess I'll be able to watch the Mystics game since United goes out of the way to accomodate the road broadcast.
I thought this game was at Audi Field? (Not that I can see it anyway, since it's on Flo, and I'm camping with no wifi, and negligible cell service.)

I have no clue. I do know that it's currently 2 - 0 DC in the 62nd minute on goals by Rodriguez (14th minute) & Brillant (54th minute).
to answer my own question: based on an ultras retweet of the KC Cauldron it appears to be a solidarity statement over the portland iron front issue.
Good game but we haven't done anything yet, we have one point on NYRB, and we play at RBA on sunday, and two points on Toronto, which has two not difficult / not easy games (Chicago away and Columbus at home). New England is seven points below with one game in hand, but honestly I am not worried about them, all we need is to win one of the two games and they can't reach us regardless. So although we could still finish 7th - or 3rd for all that matters, realistically we will end up between 4th and 6th, that will depend a lot on next sunday, let's say that if we do not lose at RBA we have a very good chance ending 4th or 5th worst case scenario. It would be nice to beat them on their home soil, but I believe the last time it happened it was during the 2012 playoffs, so I am not holding my breath.
Evidently shit hit the fan and some ECS members were hospitalized and a broad brush is being cast on United and especially Barra. I have no idea where or when it happened after the match.
There's some stuff on Twitter about it. Allegedly two women were assaulted, and one guy was beaten badly enough to suffer a broken jaw. I think Barra gets associated all the time because they're the most visible supporters group and thus that's all the casual fan would recognize.
Also, thoughts on the light flashing at Audi Field after the team scores a goal? I think it's pretty neat, myself.
