This should be three points. Yes, Chicago has been playing well recently, but DC hasn't been too shabby either. Emphasis on the "too." DC has stopped looking like they're playing every game for a draw, so I would like it if fewer games ended that way. Which still leaves room for a loss, but playing against a team at the bottom of the table, at home, that should not be a loss.
They have to win this game. This is like a must win playoff game. If they can't accomplish that, I will enjoy the rest of the season but put playoff thoughts right out of my head. Even if they still scratched a way in, I would have zero confidence in moving past the play in game. They need to show they are for real now.

These are the worst types of games because there is no positive takeaway. You are expected to beat the worst team, and if you do, great, you did the thing! If you tie or lose then you are left figuring out how bad the damage is.

Superb half.. fantastic movement from the front 4.. slight problem in front of the back 4.. DC lacking a keep baller in the middle of the park.. two sloppy errors while in possession allowed Chicago to get two shots and two goals.. Boswell was sleeping not up with the defensive line on the first goal.. hopefully DC can keep up the intensity in front of goal.. and keep the ball better in their own half.. Marcelo and his positioning is way off.. and I'm not sure he's used to protecting his area in this position on the ball and off the ball. You need to sign Leon Britton!
