Neagle didn't do well, but I thought it was a real stupid ball from Marcelo in the first place which put Neagle under pressure. Marcelo should've hoofed it downfield.

I hadn't remembered that play. That's fair. I guess that, considering he normally plays with Richmond, and so was with an entirely new backline, he might not always be totally on the same level with his fellow defenders. I'm not sure I'd classify that as awful. I thought he had some decent play.

You know, what we've seen out of Vincent and Jeffrey so far this season more than justifies giving Halsti the heave-ho -- particularly at his salary level.

They say that you only notice a good DM when they screw up. I therefore presume Kyle Beckerman played wonderfully. He was practically invisible.

Haha for real though did no one else see that? The graphic at the bottom of the screen said Kyle was coming in.

We got a point on the road against a good team. That's supposed to be good, right?

Unbelievable. Yup, saw that. Completely inexcusable. The dude doesn't even play for the other team on the field.

With a janked up back line and Vincent playing in front of it. They exceeded my expectations, that's for sure. I thought the heavy rotation was a good call, but not because I thought it would get them anything out of this game.

    Leak of a planned off-season trade :)

I caught that graphic just as it flashed off the screen and laughed, then wondered if he'd been traded to MTL without me noticing :) I would love to have him here, he's semi-local, but I would like that to have happened many years ago, not so much now.

at least they got Kyle's number right  We don't have a #5 if dcunited.com is to be believed (#7 came in)

Only answer I can think of is that I know RSL is also shown on the ASN, so maybe there is just one master graphics package or something that both (are there any more teams on ASN?) have access to.

duh - he was listed after Dykstra who is #50, my brain must have skipped over his number - or I just scrolled too fast :) Either way it seemed like a weird # to be missing :)

hmmm, should someone tell Franklin that ASN has traded him for Beckerman

    Not a bad trade, actually.
