As I have stated I have little faith in Kasper so I went 60-90 days. Since Infinity was not a choice.

I hear OTC is on trial and available on a free. The follow-up to the thread's question is: Who would willingly come to this dumpster fire?

Remember that Acosta was a back up choice to some other guy that fell through. I'm hoping that we don't have a single target or maybe two for the window because if we lose them we basically just guess blindly at that point. My guess is we start hearing rumblings soon but we don't get that target and settle on 2 guys within 3 weeks, neither of which will be a game changer.

We could have gotten Will Bruin at some point. We got it right with Sam, but made many other bad choices. Why isn't Olsen advocating for guys that were inexpensive, on the market and available instead of what we have (and who consistently played well against our club during his coaching tenure, and who provided free scouting data)? Is Kasper not willing to listen to a 150k get from San Jose?

The odds of us beating Houston at home aren't even that good at this point. My expectation is a draw

Bruin would have had to have Sports Hernia surgery of DC United had acquired him.

Bootsy, I think everyone here realizes there will be no new players in this window. So, we can talk about nothing, or we can talk about last night and DCU's playoff chances, which again, is talking about nothing. At least that talking about nothing is more enjoyable. And it give @shammypants the schadenfreude of watching me and @shawn12011 repping his posts.

Yea it's hard to overlook that we've had a historically bad season, a historically bad loss after being ahead and other ignominious records under Olsen. MLS was saying it's been like 3500 game without anyone shitting the bed like we did.

Since there's no start date specified, they're all infinity, aren't they? Say you're on a spacecraft moving at the speed of light...

A story ginned up in the South American press. Miranda allegedly was on plane coming to the US. I think he actually didn't even get as far as Veron did back in the day. There never was actually confirmation from any North American sources.
