Playing Man City Davinson had a very good first half, Spurs are controlling the game and the full back Trippier is getting completely eaten alive by Raheem Sterling but Davinson has been there to contain him on a few occasions and was for sure Spurs best player in the first half. Not a lot of CB's better at coming out of the center and being able to deal with really speedy wide players then Davinson.
Davinson and Toby have the highest ratings per FutMob (6.5 and 6.6) for Spurs during the first half. Would be nice to see them come back and win it.

Spurs could have used him today. Their back line is looking very shaky against Arsenal without him. Hope he heals up soon.
Yeah out for the year means out for another month though. Bad timing too since Vertongen just coming back from a long injury layoff and the other Belgium CB is injured right now too.
They lost to Wolves at home? Jeeze. I guess they let their second place slot get to their heads and had a hangover today.
At least this season isn't boring lol. Seriously, I am having fun watching this go in this matter. I am becoming more and more of a fan of this league.
How was that a yellow card? The Serbian just did a wrestling move on Sanchez haha Speaking on what I posted in Muriel thread and other places. I really like Sanchez he went to place he would play at Nacional he said no to Barca as they wanted him as a sub or Barca B player. Goes to psv who would give him a shot to play. Took it one of the best young defenders in South America became one of the best in Europe. Then big teams came knocking again and he goes to where he can play. Too many of our guys prefer to be #3/4 at a big team then #1 at a small or mid table one
Playing time at this early stage of their career is really important and Sanchez made a really smart move going to Ajax who always have eyes on them, always play and develop young players and are also happy to move them on if they want to go. Spurs though he was going to a team with two very good CB's in Vertonghen and Alderweild, but that could have been seen as a risky move for playing time (I thought so) but I think that Alerweild not signing a new contract last season and Vertonghen getting hurt some has helped him play more games then he might have. He did really well when he played, and forced himself into playing time now and they rotate well.
Outside of Duvan and his magical couple months of futbol Davinson may be in the best form of anybody. Maybe Arias in a close third..
Im happy i was a little worry with the situation...........and more with the mina irregular season. someone have watched that guy cabezas of central?
Issue with Mina is that this is becoming the regular... Though for me he is still the most important of the bunch for us... DS is a solid pro, I think he will be fine as long as he maintains his speed.
