Yeah I think that red was really harsh, it was a standard defensive play where he tried to feel and hold back his man but came in high and ended up hitting him in the face. If that's an English player he doesn't get that red imo, It was harsh especially when you consider that Davison doesn't seem like a dirty player at all, he's physical but he's clean. Spurs rely on crossing and shooting from distance too much when things aren't going well, offensively they don't have enough ideas at times, defense doesn't seem to be the problem at all.

watching Tottenham vs Liverpool. Mane is owning Sanchez... hope 2nd half looks better and Davidson takes notes for WC.

Good. Both goals against were from the other side (one was Penalty) and really early in the game. Good result for Tottenham. That's the one thing I notice about Tottenham, at least as of late. They tend to start every game almost asleep and catch some early goals against.
I still wait for his debut goal... Great form so far, one of the best Defenders in the best league in the world.
He had a couple passes that were a bit questionable that lead to attacks the other way. He also is still relying on his speed and not positioning himself as well as he can. But he is so fast he does recover so well. He was solid for the most part.
He also made a few cross field difficult balls that were very good. Overall he still has a big advantage because of his athleticism, as he gets more experience and work at the highest level he has the chance to become sooo good. Hopefully he doesn't rest based on his physical gifts and keeps learning and working on his positioning and passing.
I think his potential floor is Armaranto Perea and his potential ceiling is Ivan Ramiro Cordoba. Hopefully with time Davinson can be more consistent, improve his passing and positioning.
My biggest concern (selfishly) is he has had very little rest. He has started pretty much every match, with the exception of a couple matches (red cards) and a few games here and there.
