You sure about that? For Swansea to stay up, two things have to happen; 1) Swansea have to beat Stoke on the last day, and 2) Huddersfield have to lose both of their remaining games, the last game being at home to Arsenal who have nothing to play for and haven't taken an away point in 2018. You could - possibly - see the first happening, but the second . . .
I have a feeling it was a wait and see on this. Didn't want to spend too much and then go back down. I would think if they do stay up they will be spending more this offseason.
Yes. lol. I think so. Swans had the easier run in with Soton and Stoke (now only Stoke remaining). Soton now have City left. I think both are very possible. I guess the question is who acts like they have more to play for? Arsenal or Stoke? Playing for pride in both cases I suppose. You would figure Arsene wants to go out with a win and I actually think Swans throw everything at it and get a win. Udders need a draw in any case and they will have handled their business.
HT 0-0. Huddersfield are now within 45 minutes of safety. Once again they provide almost nothing going forward.
Beat me to it! Depoitre! OK OK. Since I am a Chelsea fan they can go ahead and pull one back now. I will take a draw.
Omg... this is a like a football manager game where you feel like it's digitally programmed that your team is not going to score no matter what lol....
Congrats to Wagner and Huddersfield on making it past 1 season in EPL. Massive achievement. And also on not relying on other teams for survival.
That’s the key there. 2 draws Vs City & Chelsea to save themselves. Not only does it prove they belong but it shows the fight that Wagner talked about to get them promoted in the first place.

Wagner says the Huddersfield players have opted to go back by bus rather than the scheduled plane, so they can get the beers in. lol, Nicol already has them as relegation bound for next season. http://www.espnfc.com/video/espn-fc...-tabs-huddersfield-for-relegation-next-season he should at least wait until after the transfer market before saying this.
Rubbish. It's worth hundreds of millions (and it is worth hundreds of millions if you're counting in US$, about $230 million)
Glowing profile of Wagner in the Guardian. Well worth your time https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...eld-stay-up-premier-league-david-wagner-money
Well.. I guess you can look at it that way, on the other hand, they did give him a go in the first place. What's ironic though is that the club who gave the first American manager in the Premiership is getting relegated by the club with the 2nd ever-American premiership manager...
