So are Spence and Mobius going to be there on Saturday or is going to be a BYO affair? either way Ill be there and Im sure the regulars will be too.

MRC we usually start wrapping up the bigger tailgates about 30 min before kickoff but most of us finish our drinks as the anthems are finishing. if you show up and 1-1/2 to 1 hour before is usually when it is at its peak.

women and whiskey....that could be a dangerous combo....

BYO only this Saturday. We're not having the big, full blown tailgates every week, that's a little much to ask of our gracious beer and hot dog sponsors. (not to mention a hell of a lot of work for some of us).

To get the season started, we knew we wanted tailgates during CCC and opening night of the regular season. We also penciled in the other Friday night matches where we have FOX TV and fireworks, June 22 and Sept. 7. And I assume we'll pick a few other contests where we expect a big turnout. At our next Regiment board meeting, we'll nail down the schedule for the rest of the season.

    Hey Mister-
One girl had a stomache virus, one was in myrtle beach for a cheerleading competition.... Heres the real kicker....
One of our tumblers (girls that do the flips) broke her elbow and tore all of the soft tissue in her right arm during our practice right before the game.
The teams trainer looked at it, and immediately sent her to get x-rays...
She did gymnastics for 12 years and never broke anything.:(
...The sacrifices we make in the name of the Battery!

Thanks for meeting up with us Mikey!! ;)

Any ideas what we can wear for cinco de mayo??? My stick-on mustache
idea got shot down pretty quickly!

Sombreros have to be in the equation.

I concur, nothing attracticve about a girl with any kind of mustache.

I hope the Jameson's didn't have anything to do with the elbow!

Ish (one of the Mexican guys) got his sombrero from a local mexican store for like $10 Im sure they have smaller ones cheaper. he had one the last couple season that was painted Yellow and Black

No more injuries... it was just exams week so we took it easy and studied.
This weekends dance is a-maaaa-zing. And the bombshells will be back at full force! Good game yesterday by the way, even tho we tied.

AND, thanks for the Regiment pins Bribe Taker, they are a staple of our uniform now! I think the Bombshells need to invest in some drums too.;)
