There's no doubt he does, as evidenced by the glaring change in Arbeloa and Alonso when they played under him at Madrid. Xabi certainly wasn't averse to a tactical foul when he was with us, but the level of sh*thousery he and Arbeloa indulged in under Mourinho made them almost unrecognisable to me. It was horrible to see and very easy to work out what the cause was.
