J ayovi sucks balls. is he always that bad? Every goal I have ever seen him score is 3 feet away from goal is some disastrous opportunity due to bad defense. I haven't seen anyone that bad since Energio Diaz.

Casa Blanca should be called Casa Azul. This is the possible lineup that Emelec might have vs Avaí: Klimowicz; C Quiñonez, Morante, Achilier, Valencia, Quiroz, Wila, Gimenez, Biglieri, Rojas, Ayoví.

Avaí is a strong team. They have quality players. They played collectively alright. Unfortunately, Emelec was unable to score in certain instances that they had the opportunity to do so. J Rojas had a good game but missed a couple of shots at goal. So did J Ayoví. Klimovicz saved a couple of key shots that was able to keep the team in the game. Emelec was able to win 2-1 and all is not lost. Now, they have to go to Brazil and play smart in order to come out ahead in that game and qualify to the next round.

no no no no, Emelec is eliminated and all i lost. You all only have 1 goal in favor and that goal Avai scored benefits them tremendously. Emelec won't win in Brazil or even tie. The win they had yesterday my friend is called ganar con sabor a eliminacion.

If Emelec is eliminated vs Avaí, it is what it is. Emelec still has the edge and anything is possible.

I thought that Elizaga was playing for this game vs Macará. I hope that Elizaga is not rushing back into playing. Fleitas played well. He did not appear to be injured. Easy win for Emelec. With not too much effort, Emelec was able to beat Macará 2-0. Great performances from Leandro Torres on his assist for the first goal and on the second goal that he scored. I thought that was Messi playing. He showed a lot of good qualities. He was passing the ball a lot. I hope Sampaoli keeps putting L T more in games. The rest of the team did well but really did not have to do much to beat Macará. It would have been nice if Emelec were able to score more goals in this game.
