Apparently some adidas promo for recycled plastic made into jerseys.
Guess there’s an auction for the kits.
I’d comsider it if they were yellow, black, striped, hoops, grey, or a throwback.
    Plain white?
Who came up with that idea?
    More thought would have helped.

NER made a subbing that lasted about 45 sec. not sure why Friedal was upset. I hate when coaches do that.

What the hell did we do to get cursed by the goalposts? Nothing is going our way.

At least we played with some urgency in the second half. An improvement over last week.

Sat next to the NE contingent. Good group who chanted STC a few times. Quite a large lot of them, so kudos to you NER.
As for us. Fair result. Mensah was a disaster on the second goal and Steffen to blame on the first. So many counters wasted throughout the second half. The number of shots blocked by NER throughout the game was impressive, had to have been over 5.
I dont see how this team makes the playoffs with the big $$$ players not amounting to squat. Looking at Santos and Mensah. What do they provide?

Mensah is good for a goal or two for the other team. Santos is good for a goal or two for the season. I see your point

Mensah. One of the worst centre backs I have ever seen play.

When Adam Jahn is your back up forward. Well. Bloody useless

I went up and stood/visited with the traveling Revs contingent toward the end of the second half.
About a dozen folks. Most from NE; one from NE Ohio. Very friendly and supportive of our cause. Had a homemade Save the Crew sign and a few of the white yard signs ( like I had stolen from in front of my house [emoji35]). Nice to see supporters for our cause elsewhere in the league.
They had a chant going: “We’ve got the wooooorst owner in the league (x3), we’ve got the worst owner in the league”; when I pointed out the inaccuracy in their chant, they were quick to admit the error in their ways.
I think we should use their chant.
Joked about their stadium and their plastic turf.
    Kudos to their group.

Pipa - for a guy playing is last meaningful season of soccer...seems like he would be more motivated. He was lucky not to get another yellow for mouthing off.

More motivated? Did you miss his unreal tackle of Penilla in the first half?

And I sincerely doubt this will be his last meaningful season of soccer. He can, and probably will depending on what happens here, return to Argentina and play at a higher level than Major League Tulips. Probably even into his late 30's. Hell, Christian Gomez is still playing.

Valenzuela ripped Farrell (who will never be a natural fullback but evidently is too short to play CB) apart in the first 15 minutes, the OG was like the 3rd or 4th time he generated something down the left. He good. Santos's runs were class but passes into space didn't come off. Huge shame for Hansen to miss the sitter because, otherwise, he was terrific. Williams was dogturd and needs dropped. Mensah constantly kept having to slide over for him. Bring Crognale back from OC. Pipa and Zardes had good nights, I thought.
