Nah. My argument is not flawed. You are just too dense to realize you aren’t even combating my argument. You in fact were proving it. When I said Justin Meram wasn’t good enough to be that guy for the change of pace in the system anymore, you provided an example. You agree with large parts of what I said, but you are too dug in playing contrarian to admit it. Never change. Your obstinance is one of the few constants in my galaxy.
Harrison Afful, along with every man who played that position under Gregg, is a flat out man among men. His work ethic is inhuman. .He may well have the most deft touch and control on the team. His composure with the ball under pressure is extraordinary. He consistently bails us out of tight jams and presses. He is a fearless and ferocious, defender. He has the "Hates to Get Beat" head. His offensive prowess is exceptional for a back. Are there better traditional OB's out there? Maybe. Are there any in the MLS who can do a better job in that role? None I've seen. EDIT: Oh crap. Sorry. Didn't realize I was interrupting another argument. I'm slow as sht with all this computer stuff.
You haven’t had a point in several replies. I adrssed your point in my original reply and keep going back to the original point of cowardice vs agression and change of pace. But it seems, as usual, you aren’t up to speed.
I didn't get to see them play Sunday night (it was Monday morning here), but I will see Steffen and Trapp Thursday. Anyone else who will be seeing them Thursday, PM me if you want to meet up with other people decked out in Crew gear.
What game are you watching? Harrison Afful is a terrible defender, and can't cross a ball to save his life.
I’m lukewarm to it. Hate seems an extreme position to take which doesn’t serve to advance the dialogue in any meaningful way.
