The defense, especially O'Rourke sucks again. Salazar is a joke. Avila just destroyed Moreno from behind and he gives him no card and then he's just blatantly ignoring Dallas putting the ball out and giving them throw-ins for no reason.
Chad Marshall has kept the defence and the Crew in the game. Frankie is off overcommitting like a 9th grade soccer player.
Great shot from Guille outside the box. Gaven absolutely scuffs the rebound. That should have been in the back of the net. Gaven is proving once again that he is not worthy of a starting position.
What a surprise, O'Rourke just doesn't bother to stick with his man and we give up a goal. Attention Sigi, O'Rourke is one of the worst players to play for the Crew. Stop putting him in the starting XI
Watching the replay I love how Frankie just decides he's not even going to bother staying in the box while Dallas attacks. This forces Marshall to mark Cooper on the far post instead of going to cover for O'Rourke who is just ball watching and completely out of position.
They got beat but O'Rourke didn't need to go over there and leave Cunny wide open. Hesmer had the post protected.
Bad first half for the Crew, especially considering we're supposed to be close to "fully fit". Players to take out in the second half: Gaven, O'Rourke, Evans Evans isn't following through with his passes. Gaven is just all around weak and is losing the balls needlessly. O'Rourke is the culprit of that last goal. Padula got beat, but the cross to the inside should have been cut out by O'Rourke.
we are struggling in the middle but our outside mids are letting the attackers blow right by them-speed kills
********, another first half where the Crew play like 10th graders, and we're left hoping for a tie. Nice to see GBS hit some good balls, but other than that, the offense has been anemic. Get the ball, wait for the penalty box to get congested, pass the ball backwards for awhile, turn the ball over, try to let FCD score, repeat. Nice try by O'Rourke to let Cooper have a goal early on, I have no clue what he was thinking. I'll try to pretend that we're just having troubles adjusting to the new lineups, or something.
I know, I'm talking about when O'Rourke lazily tapped the ball to Cooper right outside the box, nearly resulting in a goal (before Jeff's goal.)
