On point 1, what about game worn items? They usually carry a higher premium--often more than list.

 

I doubt there is an MSRP for game worn items. At that point it becomes more memorabilia than production product.

 

I'm sure it's a long shot, but anyone interested in parting with one of these



And not Crew gear, but about as likely that I'll find one, I've always regretted not picking one of these up



Game worn, autographs, player name/number are all more important to other people than myself and I will certainly consider their added value, but in the end are just markups I am fine avoiding.

For the first one, the quality of the game item is considerably different (better) than the one sold to the public. I have a long sleeve Clark shirt--that I would not give up. Generally the stuff made for the team is better than the replicas. There was the exception of the shirt ca. 2010 where the bottom seam was iron on and the fabric was very stiff and did not breath.

 

I did not say replica. I said game worn has no value add to me.

 

Just pointing out that the quality differs. The stuff made for the team is much more comfortable to wear. Most seasons.
