Just read that Giovinco is out for 3 weeks with a quad strain and Hagglund is out for 8 - 12 weeks with a MCL tear.

Completely was unaware that this game was Friday. Bumping this in case anyones clueless like me.

 

Toronto lost to Ottawa on Tuesday (albeit, with none of their regular starters). So I am pretty sure we are getting them at exactly the right time.

After last night's game, Chicago is now 5 points ahead of the Crew and equal on games played. I don't think Chicago is a team too many people expected the Crew to be chasing this season, but to be frank they have looked better than us most the season, and especially over the last month.

A loss tonight would also put Toronto a clear 10 points ahead of us. A point or 3 would be pretty damn useful.

 

People in Ottawa must be over the moon with glee this morning . . .

Interesting line up. 4-4-2 per official crew with pipa and trapp in the middle and manneh alongside kamara. Awful returns playing behind Hansen. I'll wait to see how they line up on the field.

 

If this is how we line up we aren't playing for possession and are likely going to get over run in midfield.
