Yesterday, COTIF announced that Kenya, Mauritania, Russia and 'United Florida' of the United States are going to be involved in a future edition of the tournament. The headline says 2017, the paragraph 2018. I'm not a spanish speaker and I'm not really understanding what's happening. The only reason I'm posting about it is because the US U20s entereed last year and it may be an announcement that they are doing so again this year.
