Mexico and USA might be better than us...but Honduras and the rest of CA still hate us and always get excited after beating us (everytime Honduras plays Costa Rica the Honduran press and fans always go crazy and start talking shit just like ES and Guate).

I say Honduras 2-1, they just beat the Ticos in the Copa Centroamericana and wouldn't surprise me if they did it again. It will be a close match tho and could go either way. Good luck to both teams. Ideally I would like to play CR once again to humiliate Lavolpe one more time but I think Honduras will beat them again.
haha, i was thinkin the same thing but in all honety i think costa rica will want to redeem themselves with mexico so i think they will go all out to get a rematch with them 2-1 costa rica (im a little pessimistic lol)

That's why we're hated. Ask any Costa Rican or even a Mexican how we get treated when we play in Honduras, ES, or Guate. They can deny the hate all they want but they know it's the truth (kinda sad really since we're a mediocre team). If we don't beat Honduras...we might as well say goodbye to the 2014 process....our press is doing everything to get Lavolpe fired or to resign which is sad. Lavolpe brought in a lot of young players to this Gold Cup thinking about the future...and now t will be considered a waste of time if he's sacked.
I admit that I enjoy it a little bit more than normal when we beat the Ticos but that feeling is unfortunately subsiding with each win. I enjoy bearing trjni, Guatemala, and Mexico since their teams have eliminated us from the wc lately. I bet you ticos enjoy beating us a bit more than normal too, but I wouldn't equate that to hate. I want concacaf teams to win outside of concacaf. The only team that rubs me the wrong way is Mexico because they never give credit when we beat them.

I'm kinda watching this between Mexico v N.Korea U-17s WC but will watch the second half of this ... this is actually a pretty interesting game - to officially decide CONCACAF's #3. .... well, you could make the argument given that the these two teams have gone through to the last 3 WCs but failed to advance.
This has actually been a very good game, probably the best in the GC so far. Honduras fans must be cringing at the chances they missed tho.
los Hondurenos no son mas sucios porque no se puede. It sucks Honduras has to resort to dirty tricks to win, but I guess that's just who they are. They did it against Mexico during the qualifiers too at Honduras, except that the ref was scared for his life, and bought everything they did.
