Cosmos GM & Coach News ... Erik Stover is COO & Gio is coach

Has anyone considered Octavio zambrano I think he is on sporting KC's staff at the moment.

I'd love to see Roy Keane as the manager of the Cosmos. He's shown at Sunderland he can lead a team to the top of the second division. It would be a great fresh start for him, he likes America, and he'd be entertaining as hell with the New York media and draw some more attention to the team. He still has a lot to learn as a manager and the stories from Sunderland and Ipswich locker rooms indicate an intensity that might not go over in the USA workplace... he pushes people to the brink for results. Doubtful he'd be the choice for several reasons like that but I think it would be an interesting one. I still think he can be a great leader.

But great news

He worked hard with the Academy and I know the U18's highly respected his knowldge and skills - so this will be great for Cosmos - just a pity the Academy shut down, or we could maybe have had a few of those players coming through the ranks

But I wish the best of luck to Gio in the coming months and hopefully years ahead
